About the Project
About the position
The Research Associate- Agronomy will be responsible for supporting the implementation of B4WE project activities under CIAT/PABRA in collaboration with implementing partners and in accordance with the plans and guidance provided by the supervisor or project leadership. This role reports directly to the Team Leader of the B4WE project.
Key duties & responsibilities
This position is a nationally recruited position based in Bukavu Democratic Republic of Congo. The initial contract will be for 1 year subject to a probation period of 3 months and is renewable depending on performance and availability of resources.
This position is graded at BG06 level in a scale of BG01 to BG14 (BG14 being the highest level according to the Alliance job classification framework policy).
