Job Description

Job Title: Deputy Home Manager Childrens Residential
Location: Worksop Nottingham
Salary:per year additionalper year for sleepins
Working Hours: Fulltime 39 hours per week
Hourly Rate: 14.80 15.40 per hour
Number of Sleeps Required: 6 to 10

Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 4 in Management or Childcare or willingness to work towards it
Experience in Years: Minimum of 3 years working within a residential childrens home
Employment Type: Fulltime permanent

Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Home Manager to join a dynamic and supportive team in Nottingham. This role is ideal for individuals with leadership skills and a passion for helping young people with complex needs. You will have the opportunity to shape the care environment manage staff and ensure the home operates efficiently to support the childrens emotional and behavioural development. A full UK driving licence is required.
