Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Project our Health and Education team and play a key role in delivering lifecycle construction modifications and minor works projects that support high-quality facility outcomes. Reporting to Facilities Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What Youll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
- Plan deliver and commission technical projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Develop project scopes schedules and cost estimates for lifecycle and minor works.
- Provide expert advice on maintenance and service delivery.
- Coordinatecontractors and internal teams to ensure compliance and quality.
- Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies.
What Youll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Facilities Management)
- Proven experience in facilities or building services project delivery
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and maintenance practices
- Proficiency in asset management and scheduling systems
- Highly organised proactive and collaborative with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
