Job Overview

We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager for our Bangalore office. This is a fulltime midlevel position requiring a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The successful candidate will manage and nurture leads generated by our marketing team ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to booking. This role involves direct communication with potential clients organizing site visits and ultimately closing sales.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Effective cold calling skills to reach and engage potential clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional communication skills to explain project details and handle inquiries proficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales is required and must be demonstrated (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in lead generation strategies to efficiently grow client base and market reach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining client details and sales tracking.
  • Strong customer relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Exemplary negotiation skills to effectively close sales and maximize revenue.
  • Ability to coordinate site visits and manage the client experience throughout the sales process.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients by discussing project specifics and addressing any inquiries they may have.
  • Convince prospects to attend site visits by articulating the unique selling points of our projects.
  • Conduct site visits providing detailed information and maintaining communication throughout.
  • Ensure followups postvisit to address additional questions and guide prospects towards purchase decisions.
  • Lead the process of booking finalization ensuring all paperwork and documentation are complete.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to facilitate future sales efforts.
  • Provide input and feedback to improve sales processes and customer service offerings.
