Position Description
The Events Associate (known internally as Member Experience Associate) plays a critical role in constructing the environment (both live and virtual) for the ultimate member experience at World 50 events. Reporting to the Member Experience Managing Director this position is responsible for assisting in the planning and of event logistics.
The ideal individual will have a strong curiosity for worldclass quality and attention to detail and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment. If you have any references from previous employers please include these in your application.
Responsibilities
Assist with the logistical planning coordination and of virtual and in person gatherings
Assist with Member Experience initiatives that help to build a better and more productive team such as but not limited to:

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role requires the associate to stand for 10 hours a day while running an event climbing stairs as needed bending and lifting as needed onsite. You will also be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs. This position requires about 3040 travel approximately 4050 days per year.
