Contributions
As a member of the Human Resources team you will be a champion of culture and creating a strong partnership across the business and helping to drive great employee experience through the people of the organization. The ability to work in a fastpaced environment with continuously changing priorities is a huge plus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with training and development initiatives.
- Reply to inquiries from internal customers via phone and/or email in a timely manner
- Assist with maintenance of internal HR systems and prepare HRrelated reports as needed.
- Maintain employee files and records electronically.
- Assists in the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports for managers and employees on a variety of HR related topics.
- Provide assistance on payrollrelated processes and projects
- Be proactive; actively engage with crossfunctional teams provide ongoing status of HR processes and projects
- Provide support to People Team and its customers across the organization
- Assist with administrative duties as needed by the HR team and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assists with other assignments and/or special projects as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Active Duty Military
- Is within 180 days of separation or retirement
- Has received Unit Commander approval to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program
- Bachelors Degree
- Proven track record of working in a fastpaced complex and deadlineoriented environment.
- Must be results oriented and have the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in project management
