Job Description

Tenant Liaison Officer Durban
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to oversee a building complex and maintain strong tenant relationships. If you have a background in rental property management and a solid understanding of debt collection this could be the ideal opportunity for you!

Responsibilities will include overseeing the management of the building complex including management of relationships with tenants rental collection leasing of units and management of service providers and maintenance of the building.

Areas of work will cover marketing pretake on assessments take on handover and record keeping accounts debt collection tenant relationships welfare advice and support and reporting.

Requirements:

Matric
Relevant qualification in Property Management and Housing
2 years housing property management and tenant liaison experience
3 years administration experience
Basic accounting knowledge and experience
Computer literate
Own transport essential
