Were on the hunt for a new Director of Community Housing someone who can bring energy vision and leadership to our Housing and Community Development work. This isnt just about managing servicesits about working with tenants staff and partners to cocreate solutions that make a real difference in peoples lives.
Team around the tenant

With our Team around the Tenant approach everyone involved in supporting our tenantshousing officers support staff and moreworks collaboratively focusing on the individual needs of each tenant.
This means that instead of dealing with different departments separately tenants experience a united team that listens responds and takes action as one. Its a simpler more personal way to provide the support that matters ensuring tenants feel valued and empowered.
What youll be doing:
- Leading and inspiring teams across housing management community development and tenant engagement.
- Working collaboratively with tenants staff and partners to shape services that truly work for the people who use them.
- Bringing our strategies to life making sure were delivering real social value inclusion and sustainability.
- Championing a strengthsbased approach to community development helping people shape their own futures.
- Making sure our homes and neighbourhoods are places where people feel safe supported and able to thrive.
