ABOUT
Rubberatkins Research and Development Engineers are fundamental to the sustaining and innovation of our products and technical capabilities which support theorganisationscontinuing growth. This position is an exciting opportunity to join our accredited graduate scheme and directly contribute to thedesign developmentandtesting of our products alongside industry leading engineers.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AT RUBBERATKINS
You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced engineers who bring our products from customer brief to conceptual design through to testing and into manufacturing. All whileensuring continual commitment to our quality and reliability standards. You will also gain experience in researching andtriallingnovel concepts and solutions to complex challenges and work collaboratively with other departmentsin order tostrengthen andmaintainour global reputation.
WHAT YOU NEED
- A masters degree in Mechanical Engineering
- A willingness to learn and commitment toContinuingPersonalDevelopment
- Excellentproblemsolving skills and a desire to work in a fast paced environment
