Who we are
rpc was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between the BMW Group and H&Z Unternehmensberatung AG and is represented in ten countries with over 400 employees.
Your Tasks
- Leading the delivery of a portfolio of data analytics projects
- Responsibility for revenue project margins & client satisfaction (incl. Staffing upsell & crosssell)
- Key Account Management for one of our largest accounts (BMW Group)
- Lead in solution definition the writing of proposals (incl. project financials) and pitching
- Disciplinary team lead for a team of approx. 10 employees (Business Analyst Manager levels incl. small subteams)
- Team & people development (incl. goal setting skill & performance management)
- HQ Lead function for our Portugal nearshore hub (Predominantly Lisbonbased)
- Play an important role in the definition and of the practice growth strategy
- Be an integral part of the Data & Technology Practice management team
Your Profile
- Masters degree in a technical and/or business field
- Good understanding of digital product development (agile working methods)
- Good understanding of solution design requirements engineering testing software development data engineering & advanced analytics
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of multiproject management in a consulting environment
- Knowledge and experience of the BMW Group (esp. CBS & FG areas) through past projects (incl. a good standing & network)
- Team leadership experience sensitivity to the individual needs of team members and experience in establishing a performance culture
- Experience working with (international) technical delivery teams (on near and offshore)
- A relevant understanding of current trends in the data & technology space
- Cando mentality problemsolving people oriented & wanting to build something longterm
- Willingness to be present in Munich when needed and willingness to travel elsewhere on an occasional basis
- Good German and English language skills
