Job Description
We are seeking an independent detailedClient Managerwho is process managementfocused to join our team. You will be a great fit if you are extremely detailed working on small to mediumsized projects for your clients and your team. As a Client Manager you will be in a fastpaced environment that is hyperstructured around efficiency and providing solutions to our clients.
This role requires a candidate with strong attention to detail skills and carries an ability to follow the existing process and structure to meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and work with your team to deliver strategic solutions to our clients.
- Present to prospect results of due diligence and forward strategies alongside the advisor
- Assist the service team to prepare all documents needed prior to the final renewal presentation
- Monitor and respond to client requests
- Develop monitor and completion of stewardship based on agency revenue
- Cultivate and develop internal continuing education of Assistant CMs and Coordinators
- Identify and address all coverage concerns of carriers and clients
- Communication with client and client stakeholders for gathering all pertinent information needed for accurate renewal negotiations and pricing collaborating with Reseco Team
- Collaborate with the marketing team for review and finalization on the accuracy for renewal presentation documents
For this specific role we would like you to have:
- Several years of experience in managing insurance clients.
- Strong problemsolving skills and process driven.
- Ability to work with clients on a daily basis.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- CIC or CISR would be a great addition.
Compensation package:
- Compensation for the role is in the range of $50000 $80000/annual.
