**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Laravel Developer** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and handson experience with PHP Laravel MySQL Firebase and Flutter. This role will involve designing developing and maintaining complex web and mobile applications and providing mentorship to junior developers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
Design and manage database systems with MySQL.
Build and integrate realtime applications using Firebase.
Develop crossplatform mobile applications with Flutter.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
Optimize applications for speed scalability and performance.
Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing applications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in fullstack development.
Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
Strong experience with MySQL database management.
Expertise in Firebase for realtime application integration.
Advanced knowledge of Flutter for mobile application development.
Experience with Git version control.
Excellent problemsolving skills and communication abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with unit testing and testdriven development (TDD).
