Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 46 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its specific recruitment challenges.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience with conducting bulk hiring and managing campus recruitment initiatives
