About the Role
As we navigate an exciting growth phase we are looking for casual staff with good customer service/administration experience to join our student administration team.
This role will be based at our Sydney campus.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration or customer service
- Ability to multitask prioritise effectively and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large data set
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT literate particularly with Microsoft Office
- Enrolling students into subjects and classes
- Processing enrolment change request
- Handling Zendesk ticket queries
