Director of Product Design Marketing and Digital Storefront Suite

We are seeking a Director of Product Design with a deep passion for crafting exceptional user experiences to shape our Digital Storefront and Guest Marketing product suites . In this role you will play a pivotal role in leading design strategy and vision across the organization; fundamentally youll help restaurants bring more guests to their restaurants more often using tools that represent their unique version of hospitality. Your work will span across traditional product led growth initiatives as well as core guest surfaces and new 01 product experiences. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative accessible and engaging solutions that meet user needs and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate knows how to balance high craft and speed is a passionate advocate for customercentered design is not afraid to dig into the metrics is a skilled mentor who fosters a culture of creativity and experimentation. Youll work crossfunctionally with product engineering and analytics to define overall organization strategy and inspire the team.
About this roll* (responsibilities):
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive the overall product design vision for the growth organization aligning it with business goals and user needs.
- Team Development: Build mentor and inspire a highperforming design team fostering a culture of creativity design excellence and impact.
- Design Excellence: Coach team members to continually improve their craft and deliver an exceptional experience.
- Customer Insights: Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and continuously improve product experiences.
- MetricsDriven: Use design to drive critical business metrics and KPIs.
Do you have the right ingredients* (requirements):
- A proactive outcomeoriented design leader with 7 years experience partnering with product engineering and marketing to understand users translating that understanding into strategy that drives customer and business outcomes.
- You see around corners responding the present and seeing the future to lead the team to create intuitive experiences across responsive web and native mobile platforms.
- You possess an enduring sense of curiosity with a desire to continuously learn and evolve
- You Regularly conduct design reviews to obtain feedback iterating on the designs to improve results
- You have a growth mindset you see challenges as opportunities believe feedback is a gift and can speak confidently to the why.
