Architectural Assistant in Buckinghamshire
A dynamic planning practice is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Assistant to support the Head of Architecture based in their Beaconsfield office. The firm specialises in residential schemes ranging from bespoke highend projects and individual dwellings to largescale developments for house builders and developers. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering highquality architectural designs while collaborating with a dedicated team. The successful candidate will assist with design development presentation materials and project coordination ensuring that each project meets the clients vision and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Architecture with design concepts and project development.
- Create visually compelling presentations and design boards using InDesign Photoshop and SketchUp.
- Support the preparation of planning applications and design documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams clients and external consultants to ensure project objectives are met.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Assistant ideally within the residential sector.
- Proficiency in InDesign SketchUp and Photoshop is essential.
- Strong design and presentation skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Salary will be negotiable and will depend on ability and experience.
