We are looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to join our Company Operations team. You will report to the Director of Company Operations.
The Senior Company Operations Specialist is responsible for driving strategic initiatives ensuring operational efficiency overseeing reporting and supporting the companys longterm growth. This role requires close collaboration with all members of the Company Operations team key stakeholders and executives across other departments.

You Will:
Serve as the primary lead for critical company tools (e.g. JIRA) that support complex crossfunctional workflows
Developing and overseeing the tooling strategy and roadmap to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and goals
Acting as the primary systems expert and administrator for the tool
Defining documenting and implementing the tooling configuration and functional use cases based on organizational workflows
Leading the implementation customization and user enablement of the tool to maximize utilization
Drive alignment with functional stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria for complex crossfunctional initiatives/projects that will optimize our systems and processes
Facilitate strategic decisionmaking with executives and across departments to prioritize operational initiatives and projects for successful implementation
Drive the of strategic initiatives/projects to achieve success criteria by collaborating with consultants and internal stakeholders
Apply systems thinking to analyze existing operational systems tools and processes to identify inefficiencies and interdependencies and implement improvements to optimize workflows and enhance overall effectiveness
Collaborate with the Director Company Operations to prioritize define execute and track operational initiatives and organizational changes
Build and maintain strong relationships with functional leaders and executives across the organization to align on priorities secure buyin and ensure operational challenges are addressed effectively
Contribute to the development of best practices for change management and communication strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new systems processes and initiatives
Cultivate a strong understanding and passion for AI to drive the exploration evaluation and implementation of innovative solutions
Provide project management and strategic operations support to drive the successful of crossfunctional initiatives as needed
You Have:
5 years of progressive experience in operations program management or a related role ideally within technology SaaS or a highgrowth industry
Proven track record of collaborating with and influencing CrossFunctional stakeholders Senior Executives and CSuite leaders
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences
Demonstrated success in leading largescale highimpact crossfunctional initiatives and delivering impactful business outcomes
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous and dynamic environments effectively prioritizing competing demands and consistently delivering results
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on operational excellence
Proficiency in Product & Agile Project Management tools: Aha Dovetail JIRA or similar
Familiarity with project management processes tracking and experience implementing process improvements
Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills with a passion for fostering efficiency and scalability
