Job Description
Software Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium Appium and TestNG.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java Python and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile Scrum etc..
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies (unit testing integration testing etc..
- Experience working with source control systems (Git SVN etc..
- Familiarity with test management tools (JIRA HP Quality Center etc..
Overall Responsibilities:
- Design develop and execute automated tests for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the quality of software releases.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test data.
- Identify and report software defects and track their resolution.
- Develop and maintain a test plan for each software release.
- Ensure all software changes are thoroughly tested before release.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to understand and work with software code.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
Experience:
- At least 12 years of experience in software automation testing.
- Experience with a variety of software testing tools and technologies.
- Experience in a software development environment.
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
DaytoDay Activities:
- Design develop and execute automated tests for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the quality of software releases.
- Report and track software defects and monitor their resolution.
- Maintain and update automated test scripts and test data.
- Review and provide feedback on software changes.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Relevant certifications in software testing and automation (ISTQB etc..
Soft Skills:
- Strong team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
