Job Description
- Provide Quality leadership and continuous improvement
- Handle responsibility for QMS
- Manage Six Sigma change initiatives
- Support new product launches/ change control/ validation
- Ensure that SHEQ systems and processes deliver optimally
- Promote a culture of change to greater improvement
- Supporting Standardization
- Handle department resources/capacity planning/budgeting
- Process & procedure improvements best practices employee reviews
- Handle Supplier and internal audits resolve conflicts
- Manage NCR (NonConformance) System and VCR (Verification Conformance Request) System
- Leadership experience
- ISO9000 Lead Assessor experience
- Working knowledge/Practice of Lean/Six Sigma
- Knowledge of CGMP and/or GAMP
- SPC experience
