Job Description
Description of the role:
The Automotive Service Advisor at Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients bringing their vehicles in for maintenance or repairs. This role will require strong communication skills as well as automotive knowledge to accurately assess and address customer concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in scheduling and arranging service appointments
- Provide accurate estimates of service costs and timelines
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process to provide updates and recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians and other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of service requests
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service activities
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a service advisor or customer service role within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and automotive software
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
