How Youll Shine
As the Short order/Breakfast Cook you will responsible for preparing producing and presenting all foods according to standard recipes. You will provide superior customer service to restaurant patrons placing the highest importance on food safety and hygiene with food preparation and presentation to ensure our Owners and guests have a memorable experience.
What Youll Bring
- Place highest importance to food safety and hygiene of food preparation
- Prepare produce and present all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health and Safety standards
- Focus on the importance of customer service
- Display an open friendly manner and positive attitude and team spirit
- Follow given tasks to completion and to the best of your ability
- Communicate promptly clearly and concisely to Chef and team members on all matters
- Hold appropriate qualifications
- Be able to work productively in a fast paced changing workplace

How Youll Shine
As a Guest Service Agent you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the front desk. This includes greeting and registering of owners and guests providing information on local area attractions completion of all department related paperwork and using all communication equipment including telephones facsimiles and computers.
What Youll Bring
To be successful in this role you will be:
- Previous experience within a similar hotel position
- Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic selfmotivated and positive individual
- Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
- High levels of computer literacy
- Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum Fidelio Opera etc) advantageous
- Have the ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends public and school holidays.
