Great opportunity to join an established wellrespected multispecialty group of 150 clinicians (roughly 100 physicians and 50 APPs/other professionals) that has been caring for its residents for over 100 years. Physician owned and operated. Incoming physicians will be a preshareholder for the first 2 years then they are invited to become shareholders. The shareholder contract is evergreen. Each shareholder owns 1 share; everyone is equal.

Only an hour to Napa and a twohour drive to the Lake Tahoe area takes you to the highest concentration of ski resorts in the country with recordbreaking annual snowfall and views of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada mountains.

• Fulltime 40 clinic / 60 ORProcedures
• Clinic day 20 scheduled patients per day
• Clinic has procedure room
• 23days in OR or ASC
• Average 100120 procedures per month
• Typical GI procedures: EGD PEG placement colonoscopy flex sig
• Some ERCP volume available
• 7 days of call per month
• Each physician takes one week of call at a time
• Typical Weekend call 03 consults/procedures per call day
• Weekday call 24 hours starts at 8 am
• EMR is Cerner
• Bilingual English/Spanish a Plus
• Diverse patient population / agriculture to college professors
• Hospitalist program manages inpatient care
