Call Response Time: 20-30 mins

Patient Demographics: Adult Only

Patient Volume: 12-16 OP; 6-9 IP

Required to Supervise APPs: Yes

% of Practice: 70% OP; 30% IP

Physician in Practice: 4 (2 PT perms 2 locums)

Support Staff:

- 1 APP 2 RNs 3 MAs 5 Office Staff

- 1 SV 2 PSS 2 Surgery Scheduler

Procedures:

- Upper GI endoscopy: with biopsy with foreign body removal with fulguration of bleeder with PEG

- Esophageal manometry interpretation

- Small Bowel biopsy Lower GI endoscopy

- Sigmoidoscopy: Flexible

- Colonoscopy: with biopsy with excision of polyp

No of Beds: 120; ICU: 12

No. of Exam Room: 4

Trauma Level: III

EMR: Epic

Hospital Privileges required: Yes

Requirements:

CA License

BC/BE (If BE within 3 years of residency)

BLS ACLS
