West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Neurology seek a General Neurologist (ranks available: Assistant Professor Associate Professor or Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Summersville WV.
Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the area of general neurology on primarily an outpatient basis with a smaller degree of inpatient duties. In addition to providing excellent patient care the candidate will be involved in teaching medical students and residents.
Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical licensure. Successful candidate must have completed a neurology residency program and be board certified / eligible in neurology. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
Summersville Regional Medical Center is a 101bed hospital providing a wide range of emergency medical and surgical services as well as rehabilitation and extended care.
