The Opportunity Overview
Boise State University is seeking a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead a dedicated human resources team. In this pivotal role the CHRO will collaborate with executive leadership to drive innovation foster a thriving community and position Boise State as a premier destination for talent.
Reporting directly to the President the CHRO plays a key role as a member of Boise State Universitys executive leadership team. The CHRO is responsible for shaping a dynamic innovative and collaborative human resources department dedicated to recruiting compensating retaining and developing a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
The successful candidate is a forward and strategic thinker with a history of implementing successful initiatives. The CHRO will be strongly supported and enjoy a work environment with other highly collaborative innovative and excited leaders who love working with HR leadership as well as a motivated staff.
