Are you an experienced Site Agent looking for a new challenge An established national engineering contractor is seeking a dedicated Site Agent to join a dynamic engineering maintenance team focusing on civil engineering and mechanical maintenance projects for the Environment Agency. This position presents a great opportunity for longterm career stability through ongoing framework agreements with a key client.
Following the successful securing of new tenders and direct awards under the Environment Agency AOMR Framework (Lot 1 in the North East region there is a need to expand our site delivery capacity. The increasing volume of secured work combined with a robust forward pipeline requires additional Site Agents to ensure efficient project maintain quality and safety standards and meet contractual obligations.
The Role:
As a Site Agent you will report directly to the Project Manager and take on responsibility for the daily management of various maintenance projects within our engineering maintenance portfolio. Supporting business growth through the effective delivery of newly awarded contracts. Ensuring resource availability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently. Maintaining compliance with framework requirements particularly in the Environment Agency AOMR sector where specialist knowledge and leadership at the site level are critical. Mitigating delivery risks associated with constrained resources avoiding delays and safeguarding project performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
