Are you a passionate and driven Pharmacist looking to make a real impact We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our experienced team at Wollongong Private Hospital!
As the Clinical Pharmacist you play a key role in delivering expert medication management in the dispensary and clinical services to hospital wards.
- Provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patientcentred care as part by ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management
- Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage
- Cultivate a collaborative and positive teamwork culture that empowers everyone to excel

What youll bring
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
- High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
- You love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly working environment.
- Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
- A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
