Job Description
Cronos Europa is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled motion designer and video editor to join its Communication Studio in Brussels. As a creative problemsolver youll be responsible for designing and producing engaging motion graphics as well as editing videos for our clients at the European Institutions and International Organisations. Your expertise in After Effects Premiere Pro Illustrator and other tools will help us deliver highquality visual content that tells compelling stories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motion Design: Conceptualise design and produce motion graphics for various clients including logos animations titles and lowerthirds that are visually appealing and engaging.
- Video Editing: Edit video projects from start to finish including selecting footage adding visual effect transitions effects subtitles voiceovers and music to create a cohesive and engaging final product.
- Storytelling: Develop narratives that capture the essence of each client or project using visual elements and audio assets to convey messages effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients colleagues directors producers and other creatives to understand project requirements and deliver highquality content that meets their expectations.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 13 years of work experience as a motion designer and video editor
- Bachelors degree in Motion Graphics Animation Film or a related field
- Portfolio showcasing your work that demonstrates versatility and expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects Premiere Pro Illustrator Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles visual communication and the role of motion graphics in narrative development
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English is required for effective communication with clients and team members
- Additional languages (e.g. French) would be an asset
- Be an early adopter of AI technologies and highly motivated by the ambition of becoming an expert in AI tools and their combination for example in tools such as Midjourney Luma Ray 2 MMAudio and Suno
