The role
Were seeking a dynamic VP of Product Management to join our Core Leadership Team spearheading our product strategy and fostering innovation across our organization. This role is pivotal in driving customercentric outcomedriven product development empowering our teams to tackle meaningful challenges and deliver substantial value to our customers and business alike. With a blend of strategic foresight and handson youll leverage deep market insights and collaborative crossfunctional efforts to shape the future direction of our offerings ensuring we remain at the forefront of our industry. Where youll work
This is primarily a remote role but we encourage occasional visits to our office in Austin for team collaboration key meetings or whenever it adds value to your work.
What youll be doing
Defining and communicating a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives and customer needs.
Ensuring that product teams are focused on outcomes over output solving the most valuable problems rather than just delivering features.
Challenging feature requests that do not align with strategic objectives guiding teams toward impactful solutions.
Partnering with the executive team to shape business strategy and advocate for productled growth.
What youll need
A Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Technology or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in Product Management with a minimum of 4 years of experience leading product management teams.
Indepth understanding of user experience and design.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with an analytical mindset and attention to documentation.
Proven track record of implementing operational and datadriven processes.
Ability to think holistically and connect the dots between enterpriselevel tools and enduser experiences.
Experience working directly with engineering and design teams utilizing agile frameworks.
Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects involving internal and external clients.
Experience in improving user experiences and advocating for change.
