PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Our ideal candidate would be an easy going patientcentered physician leader that enjoys working with an existing lowmaintenance highly relational team. This is a growth position!
- OB for this position is optional
- Newer clinic with stateoftheart technology attached to St. Marys HospitalSuperior
- Weekend clinic call is 1:8 1:9 starting September 23. Weeknight call 1:8 1:9 starting September 23
- Multispecialty group that consists of FP IM and NP/PAs along with integrated Behavioral Health providing 4 Psychotherapists 1 Behavioral Health NP 1 Behavioral Health MD (via Telehealth) and an onsite Behavioral Health Adult Partial Hospitalization Program
- Over 20 outreach specialists including Ophthalmology ENT Audiology OBGYN General Surgery Weight Management Diabetes Nephrology Rheumatology Pulmonology Pain Management Orthopedic Med & Surg Podiatry Cardiology Tobacco Cessation Mediation Therapy Management Gastroenterology Vascular Surgery and Urology all onsite as well as others available at the main campus in Duluth
- Nurseonline triage 24/7
- EPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospital
- Admit to St. Marys HospitalSuperior a 25bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. Transfers complex cases to St. Marys Medical Center 330 bed facility 7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designation
- Urgent Care staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providers
- Physician led professionally managed organization with great team environment

REQUIREMENTS
- BC/BE Family Medicine
- Participates in a communitywide OB Group & call if opting to provide OB services)

- Approx. 5 miles south of Duluth MN and 150 miles north of Minneapolis MN
- Located on one of the most popular tourist routes in the Midwest embracing the westernmost tip of the Great Lake Superior
- Superior population: 28000; Duluth/Superior regional population130000
COMPENSATION
- $293000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or productionbased compensation.
