We provide clients with a tax strategy in coordination with their financial advisor based on risk tolerance current lifestyle and longterm financial goals.

Tax Operations Manager
We are seeking an analytical and resultsdriven TaxOperations Manager with a passion for client service to join our expanding team. Reporting to the Head of Tax Operations the Tax Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of the tax operations and drive organization growth by refining processes and streamlining crossfunctional collaboration.
This position is based in our Atlanta GA office.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations across the administration and client service functions
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to further integrate the Firms tax and investment advisory services
- Build reporting frameworks to manage operational efficiency and inform optimized resource allocation
- Leverage existing systems and technology to refine workflows and processes
- Coordinate regular professional development and upskilling opportunities for the team
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting Business Administration Finance or related field
- 5 years of professional services experience working in a projectbased role
- Tax preparation and/or Public Accounting experience preferred
- Adept at developing strong relationships with team members and leaders at all levels of the organization
- Skilled at leading effective meetings that generate tangible outcomes
- Demonstrated critical and strategic thinking problemsolving decisionmaking analytical and diagnostic skills
- Capable of managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Lacerte preferred
- Experience in Salesforce preferred
