Fulltime Chef Position: Straight shifts with a set roster through school terms and downtime in term breaks
On site training and support provided
Based at Downlands College Toowoomba72 Ruthven St Harlaxton QLD 4350

THE POSITION
Prepare fresh nutritious meals for students
Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
Monitor stock and minimize wastage
Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation
THE PERSON
Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain
Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
- Good time management and organizational skills
