About the Role:
TheConcierge SecurityEngineer 2 (CSE2)isa key member of the Concierge Security Team that deliversworldclass Arctic Wolf security services.TheCSE2supportsthe technical relationship with their assigned customers and leveragestheirskills andexpertise to fulfill keyresponsibilities.
As a Concierge Security Engineer 2 you will:
- Create and maintain an outstanding partnership withcustomers;
- Support the direct delivery of Arctic Wolf network and endpoint security solutions to customers including tasks such as investigating security events and configuring troubleshooting and verifying datasources;
- Actionor escalatecustomer requestsfor guidance information or support ina timely manner includingcoordinating efforts with other teams as needed.
- Proactively interact and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
TheCSE2 role combines aspects of an IT Security Analyst a Security Architect and an Incident Response Consultant. A successfulCSE2 possesses strongtechnical aptitude andan ability to communicate educate and share informationeffectivelywith nontechnical people.

Your experience could look like:
- 15yearsof experience in a handson security role with agoodknowledge of security architecture
- Degreeor diplomain a relevant fieldorcertificationsand experience equivalent
- Strongpartnering andrelationship building skills in a professional context
- Strongcommunication skills both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Additional skills and experience:
- Security testing and forensics tools
- Malware analysis
- Scripting/Coding experience
- Incident response
- Authentication and identitymanagement
- Riskmanagementassessmentand common compliance frameworks
- Penetration testingand attack simulation
