Job Description
- 6 years of technical expertise on Salesforce using Force Apex Visual Force JavaScript HTML5 CSS and Ant and using these tools with Salesforce.
- At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components)
- Handson experience with customization (Apex Triggers Classes & Visual Force)
- Strong with configuration customization programming with Apex APIs Apex Triggers Workflows with actions Approval Processes Reports & Dashboards
- Familiarity with Salesforce.coms best practices support mechanisms procedures and limitations is required.
- Plans designs develops and maintains multiple complex salesforce implementations. Responsible for relationship and quality of offshore programming efforts
- Collaborate across multiple scrum teams; Follow development testing and deployment practices that are leading edge on the Salesforce platform.
- Analyzes problems conducts root cause analysis helps resolve problems using defined problem management procedures and helps support and maintain customer applications.
- Experience with at least full life cycle implementations on Salesforce with 500 user licenses.
- Ability to work independently on assignments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies design and architectural patterns
- Work closely with QA to review test plans and test cases and ensure the quality of the teams deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient timely reliable and courteous customer service. Ability to effectively present information.
