HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Job Summary:
The Return Repair Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to user departments and vendors. He/she ensures accurate processing of equipment returns related to crediting replacement and/or repairs. He/she is responsible for the efficient handling of equipment rentals. He/she maintains the necessary data records associated with the above responsibilities. He/she also provides support and feedback to the Directors in keeping with the mission and values of Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare.
