Roles and Responsibilities
Its a customer Support profile were you have to interact with the customers (Inbound / Outbound process) to resolve the issues that the customers are facing.

* Any Graduate / Post Graduates / Undergraduates with minimum of 1 years of experience in BPO VOICE mandatory.*Only Customer Service Experience.* Technical Voice Back ground preferred. Typing speed 25WPM 90 * Excellent communication mandatory.
