Job Description
Introduction
The IT Support Manager will manage the IT systems provide technical support to the staff and ensure that all technologyrelated operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise with Microsoft Office 365 and experience managing cloudbased productivity tools. You will be the primary point of contact for all ITrelated issues from troubleshooting hardware and software problems to implementing new technologies and ensuring cybersecurity compliance.

- Requirements:
- Matric
- Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA Microsoft Cisco) are preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and management ideally in a midsized organization.
- Office 365 Expertise: Strong experience in managing Office 365 including user accounts SharePoint OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of IT systems networking cloud services and cybersecurity protocols.
