Guest Experience Expert Create Unforgettable Stays at Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

As a Guest Experience Expert you will play a key role in delivering personalized service that enhances every moment of their stay.
What Youll Do:- Be the first point of contact for guests ensuring their journey with us is seamless and welcoming.
- Provide exceptional service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
- Handle operational tasks process guest requests and complete reports with accuracy.
- Share local insights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Move confidently through different areas assisting at the front desk handling transactions and creating thoughtful moments that make every stay special.
- A warm and engaging personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- A commitment to professionalism including upholding quality standards maintaining confidentiality and presenting a polished appearance.
- A handson approach including the ability to move and lift objects up to 10 pounds as needed.
- A team player ready to take on additional responsibilities to support guests and colleagues.
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience requiredjust a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Supervisory Experience: None.
License or Certification: Not required.
