Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Convergent Mediation Specialist to support and enhance mediation processes within a complex multiservice environment. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in configuring managing and optimizing SAP Convergent Mediation to efficiently collect transform and distribute usage data for billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design conduct and support business discussions to gather requirements and define mediation strategies.
- Work closely with IT finance and business teams to integrate mediation processes with SAP Convergent Charging (CC) and SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) for accurate revenue management.
- Configure and optimize SAP Convergent Mediation to handle highvolume transaction processing in both realtime and batch environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data processing issues ensuring seamless usage data transformation and distribution.
- Collaborate with IBM resources playing Nestl Client roles to augment the client team.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for data transformation and telecom or utility billing processes.
- Continuously improve mediation workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Mandatory Skills:
- SAP Convergent Mediation expertise
- Strong experience in telecom or utility billing systems
- Integration knowledge with SAP Convergent Charging (CC) and SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- Highvolume transaction handling
- Data transformation processes
