German Speaking Recruiter / Resourcer
Location: Cape Town CBD South Africa
Salary: R28 000 R38 000 per month

A leading international beautytech scaleup is expanding its team in Cape Town and is looking for a Germanspeaking Recruiter / Resourcer to help grow its dynamic operations across Europe. Role Overview:
Youll work closely with hiring managers and the European Talent Team to source and engage top candidates across functions like Sales Account Management Tech and Marketing. The primary focus will be on the Germanspeaking market (Germany Austria Switzerland) supporting highvolume recruitment and talent sourcing for rapid regional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn job boards internal systems and referrals.
- Screen CVs and conduct prescreening calls in German and English.
- Manage interview scheduling candidate feedback and offer processes.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prequalified talent for various business units.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts in the DACH region.
- Maintain data accuracy across tools like Salesforce Google Sheets and applicant tracking systems.
- Collaborate with hiring teams via Slack and attend weekly planning meetings.
- Draft and publish job adverts to attract toptier candidates.
- Support continuous improvements to the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Fluent in German (Home Lanaguage) and English written and verbal.
- 13 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or resourcing.
- Strong knowledge of the DACH recruitment landscape is a major plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Slack MS Office and Google Docs.
- Highly organised deadlinedriven and comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
- Bonus: a passion for brand storytelling and employer marketing.
