Salary Range:
up to 1000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Our client is a construction services company specializing in municipal building code inspections plan review and permitting services. The company has offices in Palm Beach Tampa Orlando Stuart and Naples with a growing team of licensed plan reviewers and administrative staff.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support data entry and permittingrelated administrative tasks. This is a backoffice role with no customer interaction making it ideal for detailoriented professionals comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter inspection results into various municipal systems with accuracy.
  • Maintain and update records related to building inspections permits and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data entry procedures and documentation standards.
  • Learn and adapt to different local government permitting systems (training provided).
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Strong English comprehension skills (reading and writing).
  • Highly coachable and willing to learn new processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel Word Outlook Teams).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.


NicetoHaves:

  • Experience with municipal or government permitting systems.
  • Familiarity with construction or regulatory documentation.
  • Previous experience in data entry administrative coordination or document processing.
