Job Description
Title: Business Systems Analyst (IAM)
Location: Pittsburgh PA or Lake Mary FL 3 days hybrid in office at either location)
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Data/Business Analyst Role
- Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into technical terms.
- Design data models identify gaps/issues and propose futurestate solutions.
- Understand and document processes by collaborating with stakeholders across the bank.
- Execute both the design and implementation of standardized client account provisioning.
- Skills Required:
- IAM knowledge: IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) RoleBased Access Control.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau or Power BI) to analyze and visualize IAMrelated data.
- Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms such as SailPoint Okta or CyberArk.
- Strong interviewing and process documentation capabilities.
- Ability to work operationally and technically to consolidate fragmented processes.
- Preferred IAM Knowledge/Experience:
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA):
- User lifecycle management (provisioning deprovisioning and access reviews).
- Role mining and role engineering to define and manage roles effectively.
- Access certification processes to ensure compliance.
- RoleBased Access Control (RBAC):
- Designing and implementing RBAC models to enforce least privilege access.
- Managing role hierarchies and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Access Management:
- Single SignOn (SSO) and MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Integration of IAM systems with applications and services.
- Privileged Access Management (PAM):
- Managing and securing privileged accounts.
- Monitoring and auditing privileged access activities.
- IAM Metrics and Reporting:
- Developing dashboards and reports to track IAM performance and compliance.
- Identifying trends and areas for improvement through data analysis.
- Incident Response:
- Handling IAMrelated incidents such as unauthorized access or account compromise.
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA):
Collaborating with cybersecurity teams to mitigate risks
