Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.
We are hiring a Social Care Manager in Swords Dublin Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Provide highquality residential care to the individuals
- Strong persontoperson vision who will be centrally involved in facilitating and supporting individuals in residential and community settings
- Maintaining our core values of delivering respectful progressive professional and positive services.
- The main responsibility of the Social Care Manager will be to supervise the daytoday activities.
- You must work closely with the Area Manager to guarantee that extraordinarily highquality services are delivered.
- The Social Care Manager is responsible for making sure the service complies with the organizations policies and standards and is in line with the HSE New Directions Policy.
Requirements
- The following fields require a thirdlevel qualification from candidates: Allied Health Professions Social Care Education and Training Intellectual Disability Nursing or a similar subject.
- CORU registration essential
- Five years minimum of appropriate postqualification experience working in social care resources.
- A minimum of two years worth of management or leadership experience.
- Proven track record of taking on new duties organizing initiatives and overseeing allocated obligations in your existing position.
- A clean valid manual drivers license.
