As a member of the sales team the individual will facilitate the designin and sales of Axiados semiconductor products. He or she will be responsible for technical support regarding new and existing projects to the OEM customers with the responsibility of developing and growing revenue at established key and new accounts. The position will require a solid understanding of the Axiados product portfolio the Axiado Expert design software and the ability to present the right solutions highlighting the Axiados value proposition. The position also requires a deep understanding of the customers design requirements. The individual will report to the CEO based in San Jose
Key Responsibilities
- Technical lead and first point of contact for all customer requests and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at key accounts
- Develop and present technical presentations and discuss design solutions that meet the customers requirements
- Prepare (with FAEs inputs) technical solutions explaining Axiados product features and benefits
- Capture all commercial information including application program name volume CM partner location and SOP.
- Manage customer forecast prepare sales reports and territory updates
- Presales support to provide assurances to the customer that the product will work for the application
- Postsales support to assist with integration of the product into the design/working scenario or to help the customer out of a problem situation with the product
- Extensive travel required to selected focus customers 80.
Qualifications :
Education And Experience
- 15 overall years driving strategic partnerships/alliances/Business development/sales at a startup technology company
- Understanding of the cloud ecosystem (Servers CSP/Datacenter 5G base stations and preferred products and technologies)
- Bachelors Degree in business or technical degree (preferred); MBA preferred
- Demonstrable experience in technologies related to security domain AI advanced hardware datacenter domains and next generation Internet technologies
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements including interpreting legal documents and work with attorneys to complete agreements
- A proven track record of growth

- Experience running global business development in a technology startup
- Experience working with Cloud service providers Data center/Infrastructure customers worked at/with Microsoft Azure Google Cloud Facebook infra Oracle infra and other Tier 1 2 3 Cloud providers and with Nokia Ericsson infrastructure groups
- Evangelized new product concepts with customers of cloud service providers like Banking Government Military Healthcare and Infrastructure CISOs and have reach and connections with them.
