Job Description
Were seeking an experienced Platform Engineer/Lead to join our clients team. As a Platform Engineer/Lead you will design develop and maintain scalable and secure platforms to support our clients business operations. You will lead the development of platformlevel solutions ensuring high availability performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Architecture: Design and architect scalable and secure platforms to support business operations.
- Platform Development: Lead the development of platformlevel solutions ensuring high availability performance and reliability.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) for scalability and costeffectiveness.
- Containerization: Implement and manage containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) for efficient deployment and management.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure platform security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate platforms with business applications.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Java Python or C.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Orchestration: Experience with orchestration tools (e.g. Ansible Terraform).
- Security: Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations.
Soft Skills:
- Leadership: Proven experience leading technical teams with strong leadership and management skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
