We are currently at an exciting stage in our growth strategymeaning any successful applicants couldnt be joining at a better time. We arelooking for a number of experienced Sales Executive to join our team at our HQin Warrington. This is a fulltime office based role.

About the role:

  • As a Sales Executive your objective is to achieve acombination of KPI and revenuebased targets. You will be expected to achieveon a consistent and ongoing basis. Your daily plan will include prospectidentification validating the correct decision maker appointment setting andquality control.
  • Your daytoday duties as a Sales Executive will include:
  • Manage your own pipeline of leads and prospect potentialclients to qualified appointments
  • Building rapport and using effective questioning to identifybusiness needs
  • Make contact with leaders/owners/decisionmaking committeesof these companies
  • Complete a consultation process where your objective is tounderstand the companys need for consultancy support to accelerate theirgrowth through gap analysis
  • Set appointments with relevant businesses that havedemonstrated a significant need for consultancy support in gaining publicsector revenue growth
  • Consolidate the appointment 24 hours prior and ensure alladmin and documentation has been received by the client ahead of time to ensurethe meeting goes smoothly.
  • Working towards individual and team KPIs such as revenue marginand sales conversion

Requirements

  • Outbound (cold calling) experience
  • B2B selling experience
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Experience of working in a targetdriven sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Able to correctly profile a prospect through effective questioning
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs acquiring new business and building customer relationships
  • Work as part of a team
  • Consistent high achiever
  • Motivated passionate individual with a desire to deliver an exceptional experience
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good IT Skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and a desire to learn new processes
  • Have a keen eye for attention to detail
