Reporting to the Senior Director of Field Marketing EMEA you will be responsible for driving demand and brand awareness across your region. Partnering closely with Sales Presales and Professional Services you will design execute and optimise marketing programmes that support key business goals. You will own the marketing budget allocation ensure alignment with sales priorities and provide clear performance reporting to both Sales and Marketing leadership.
This role requires strong collaboration with global marketing functions to define and localise impactful campaigns while ensuring a multichannel integrated approach. The ideal candidate is a proactive selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment. You are a doer not just a delegator with a strategic mindset to develop highimpact marketing programmes that help Sales increase their pipeline. Your ability to think big problemsolve and work crossfunctionally will be key to your success.
Develop and execute regional/local field marketing plans to support sales objectives drive customer acquisition and grow existing accounts.
Research recommend and deliver targeted marketing programmes including field events partner activities executive roundtables and industry tradeshows.
Ensure alignment with corporate digital/demand generation campaigns (e.g. webinars direct email advertising) and localise where needed.
Collaborate with Sales to create accountlevel marketing plans for top strategic accounts.
Support Sales with consultative selling tools training and market insights for engaging multiple decisionmakers in complex B2B sales cycles.
Act as the regional marketing representative partnering with Sales Presales and Customer Success to execute brand and demand generation strategies.
Oversee the timely of marketing plans through crossfunctional collaboration.
Track and analyse marketing performance metrics optimising resources for maximum impact.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a technical field (MBA a plus) or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience in B2B enterprise software field marketing (preferably SaaS/ondemand software).
5 years of experience working directly with senior Sales Presales and Customer Success leadership acting as a trusted advisor in demand generation.
Expertise in segment marketing demand creation and campaign including event management.
Experience defining acquisition accountbased goals and working closely with Sales to provide datadriven insights.
Proven ability to execute 1:1 AccountBased Marketing (ABM) strategies and develop programmes for key accounts.
Strategic thinker who leverages both traditional and modern marketing tactics to design impactful campaigns.
Handson experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Marketo).
Strong organisational project management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and create a resultsdriven teamoriented environment.
Strong analytical skills to measure marketing programme ROI and optimise performance.
