We are proudly partnering with a boutique but growing highly regarded provider in Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management who are looking to expand their Psych services with the introduction of a Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor for their Perth operations. If you are an experienced Rehab Counsellor looking for the best opportunities youve come to the right place!
Typical responsibilities include:
- Completing assessments and delivering vocational counselling to clients
- Case management (goal setting setting return to work plans following up on progress)
- Supporting leadership with service development youll play an integral role in shaping these services
- Scope for this role to become a lead position in the business as Psych services grow
As this is a Senior position you will have at least 2 years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and be looking to further your career in the field. If youre not quite at this point we can also consider early career Rehabilitation Counsellors and salary senior duties will be reviewed.

As well as the outlined experience candidates must have full working rights and either general AHPRA reg as a Psych or ASORC reg as a Rehabilitation Counsellor. If you are a provisional psych or Social Worker with extensive Occ Rehab experience wed also love to hear from you.Regrettably candidates who do not meet the above registration requirements cannot be considered for this newly created role.
