Own customer relationships postsale ensuring satisfaction loyalty and continued engagement.
Analyze customer behavior and data to identify risk factors buying patterns and upsell/crosssell opportunities.
Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies to engage clients before issues arise.
Meet retention and revenue goals by renewing contracts resolving concerns and identifying additional needs.
Collaborate across teams (sales customer success marketing) to optimize the full customer journey.
Track and report KPIs related to retention renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
3 years in sales account management or customer success (bonus points for retention experience)
A strategic mindset with strong problemsolving skills
Excellent communicationboth persuasive and empathetic
Experience working with CRM tools and sales platforms
A love for building lasting relationships and turning customers into lifelong advocates
