Are you ready to discover the role of a Knowledge Coordinator in NetcompanyIntrasoft
As a Knowledge Coordinator you will:
- Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Define roles responsibilities policies and workflows for knowledge creation maintenance and dissemination.
- Align and consolidate knowledge across Service Components ensuring smooth frameworklevel communication.
- Identify and address documentation gaps enhancing knowledge assets.
- Prepare training materials and conduct sessions to educate teams on tools processes and best practices.
- Monitor knowledge base usage report on KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
- Oversee knowledge migration during transitions upgrades or new deployments.
- Collaborate with Technical Writers and Service Managers to ensure accurate documentation.
- Assess skill gaps and propose relevant training plans.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- 2 years of experience in knowledge management.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow Jira Confluence Wiki) ITIL principles and application support workflows.
- Ability to identify and resolve knowledge gaps.
- Experience in crossfunctional teams and knowledgesharing initiatives.
- ITIL v3/v4 (preferably in Knowledge Management or Service Operations).
- Strong written and verbal skills for documentation and presentations.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proactiveness and solutionorientation.
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
- Experience in European Institutions.
- Skilled in creating training materials and delivering sessions.
- Proficient in report production and presentation.
